No one was injured in a fire that started in a vacant home on the 4300 block of Skyline Drive Saturday night, though firefighters believe it was intentional, Anniston police said today.

According to Anniston police Capt. Allen George, the blaze occurred around 5:55 p.m.

The captain said Anniston firefighters believed the fire had been set intentionally Saturday night. The Fire Department was still investigating the cause of the fire this afternoon, according to Anniston fire Sgt. Lee Owens.

Any suspect could face a second-degree arson charge, a felony, according to the police report.
