Today's 41st anniversary of the landmark Roe v. Wade case in the Supreme Court isn't nearly as noteworthy as its 25th was or its 50th will be. But it is worth mentioning nonetheless.

Pro-life and pro-choice advocates have filled the Internet with all manners of discussions about the decision and its impact on the United States, not to mention on women's health and the aborted fetuses. If those topics interest you, a simple Google search will suffice.

However, this blog posting by the Washington Post may be among the most informative items of the bunch. It uses numerous charts to detail how America changed after this momentous 1973 decision. The most notable item to me: according to a Pew study last year, less than half of Americans under the age of 30 knew that Roe dealt with abortion.
