The bride-elect is the granddaughter of Sue Lovelady of New Site and the late Quinton Lovelady, and the late Ernest and Sara Jo McDaniel, formerly of New Site.Miss Lovelady is a graduate of Horse Shoe Bend High School and attended Central Alabama Community College.
The prospective groom is the grandson of the late Mr. Richard B. McNeal and the late Mr. and Mrs. Verlan Bell, all formerly of Anniston, and the late Mr. and Mrs. Charles B. Thurman, formerly of Anniston.
Mr. Thurman is a graduate of Oxford High School and attended Gadsden State Community College. He is employed by the Anniston Army Depot in the quality department.
The wedding will be Sept. 19, 2009, in Gatlinburg, Tenn., with a post wedding reception Oct. 3 in Oxford.
