Charles William Speer of Jacksonville recently made the dean’s list of the University of Alabama. He is majoring in accounting and is a 2010 graduate of Jacksonville High School. He is the son of Daley and Missy Speer of Jacksonville and the grandson of Hilda Holland of Saks.
